Though we wrapped up our contemporary cottage in Laguna a few weeks back, there are always those finishing details that make it a home. So, we thought we'd share a few images of the recently installed reclaimed wood mantle above the natural gas fireplace. It adds a bit of warmth and texture to the space, and is a great size and scale for this open plan design.
For this Laguna Beach renovation, we made some changes to the exterior and entry systems that gave the home a new more modern feel, while addressing repair and maintenance issues at the same time.
