This week, we're taking a closer look at a nearby residential project in design development. A renovation to a mid-century residence in Laguna Niguel, the home was designed by architect George Arthur Bissell and built in the mid-60's; our redesign will update the home while preserving the modernist aesthetic.

The latest images highlight progress at the exterior- the dark stain at the western red cedar siding brings the material to life and underscores the new contemporary aesthetic of the home.
