MYD's concept for an addition and renovation to this Huntington Beach residence has been making progress, and its modernist forms and clean architectural language are expressed in the design development renderings below...

The new exterior massing provides the canvas for a palette of vertical cedar siding, smooth stucco and stone, while the new interior features complementary materials to enable aesthetic continuity at the open living spaces and enhance visual connections to the exterior living spaces at both the new entry courtyard and rear landscape.
