From the Site: Niguel West Mid-century Modern

Major work is complete at our mid-century addition and renovation in Laguna Niguel, and we’re sharing a sneak peek of the transformation at this split-level modernist home in a favorite nearby neighborhood.

With site work, including a new pool, exterior hardscape and landscaping still to come, the property will see quite a bit of development before the overall design is complete, but the re-imagined architecture is already making an impact…
