The new floor plan reestablishes and extends the original courtyard, which was enclosed during a previous remodel, and activates the additional outdoor space with a linear pool accessed from bifolding doors at the recessed entry.

At the exterior, the design concept reflects the authentic mid-century lines and distinctive triple gable roof design, as highlighted in these simple massing models.
