Construction Update // Huntington Harbour Contemporary

One of the key design drivers for this new residence in Huntington Harbour is a focus on orientation, light, and access to views at the unique waterfront site, as shown in these early framing photos.

At the interior, the entry foyer opens to light-filled great room where the kitchen, dining and living spaces all enjoy dramatic vistas of the harbour with an expansive opening along the rear of the structure that provides a physical and visual connection to the water and views beyond.

Similarly, carefully framed views at the upstairs level establish a relationship with the waterfront below, with roof overhangs and outdoor spaces located to modulate potential heat gain.

With framing complete and work progressing at the site, we look forward to sharing more recent imagery soon. In the meanwhile, revisit previous project posts for more information or stop by the design and construction galleries for additional photos.
