The scope of work for this design-build project consisted of the upstairs portion of the home, and these images focus on the master and secondary bathrooms, where the design goal was to create clean, timeless spaces with bold accents and high-end finishes.

Reconfiguring the floor plan at the master bath to relocate the bath, shower and vanity locations, allowed for new access to and increased storage at the master closet. Also, the new layout allows for a floating bath and custom shower at the fully tiled interior space.

Improvements to the secondary bathroom down the hall include the installation of a playful large-format dimensional tile along the entire wall, creating material continuity from the vanity through the shower. Sleek Hansgrohe fixtures and an edge-lit LED light fixture create a clean, inviting and highly functional space for family members and guests.
