Steel + Wood Framing Progress in Laguna Beach
A few weeks ago, we introduced a project currently under construction- a new 2,200 square foot contemporary cottage in Wood's Cove, just a couple blocks away from the beach in Laguna.

With framing almost complete, the exterior massing and interior volumes are beginning to take shape. The 2nd level living concept features an open floor plan with large decks that open to the expansive views of the Pacific Ocean featured throughout the upper level living space.

The master suite occupies the rest of the upper level, with two secondary bedrooms and baths complete the floor plan. All bedrooms open to decks or patios, with custom bi-folding systems at the main view locations.

The structural steel frame, seen in the images below, allows for the expansive glazing that not only maximizes views and vistas, but connects the occupants to the beautiful beachside neighborhood beyond.
