Indoor-outdoor living is a defining feature of the home, with a large pool and spa anchoring the courtyard space, framed by walls to be clad in brick at the front exterior and entry.

The solid nature of the masonry landscape walls is offset by extensive glazing at the interior of the couryard, where multislide doors and floor to ceiling glazing connect the interior to the outdoors.

The triple gable roof is a key element restored from the original design, and the distinctive form is represented at the ceiling of the main living space and kitchen at the rear of the property.

The kitchen will be adjacent to the main living space, allowing for a clear view through the living room from the courtyard, allowing for natural light throughout, as well as from the original clerestory windows above.

We look forward to seeing finishes, materials and fixtures installed soon, and will share updated imagery in the coming weeks.
